1.What are the system requirements for the T10 and T30?
The T10/T30 Series of players require Windows XP, Service Pack 1 or higher.
The T10/T30 Series of players require Windows Media Player 10 to transfer music to the player. You may download the latest version of Windows Media Player 10 from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/mp10/
5. How do I delete files from my player?
Solution: To delete files on the T10 players:
Stop playback.
Click the NAVI/MENU (center of joystick) button.
Select Browser.
Select the file to delete by using the Volume + or Volume - button.
Click the A-B button
Verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.
Solution: To delete folders on the T10 players:
Stop playback
Verify the folder is empty. You can not delete a folder that contains files
Click the NAVI/MENU button.
Push the NAVI/MENU button to the left once to view a list of the folders on the players (or to move one folder level up).
Select the folder to delete by using the Volume + or Volume - button.
Click the A-B button and verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.
Solution: To delete files on the T30 players
(Firmware version 1.53 or higher)
Press and hold key and enter BROWSER mode by pressing key.
Move to a track to delete and press key to delete the file.
A file can not be deleted during playback.
Deleted files can not be recovered.
Solution: To delete files on the T30 players:
(Firmware version 1.51 or prior)
Stop playback.
Press and hold the Mode (M) button to display the function mode screen
Select Settings.
Select Advanced from the list of options.
Select Delete File from the list.
Navigate to the file you want to delete by using the Forward or Back buttons. Press the Mode (M) button to exit the folder or press the Play button to enter a folder.
With a file selected, press the Play button and verify that you want to delete the file by selecting "Yes" with the arrow.
You cannot delete folders on the T30. You will have to use a PC to delete the folders.
6. Windows Media player does not recognize OGG files. How do I transfer OGG files to my player?
Open My Computer after connecting the USB cable between the player and PC.
Open the T10/T30 series player drive and you will see a Data folder and a Media folder.
Drag and drop your files from their location on your computer to the Data folder.
Once your music is done copying, you can disconnect the T10/T30 series player and play the music.
