Q: Can I still use my Clix Gen.2 while plugged into my Computer?

A: Yes. The Clix Gen.2 can Play while charging if you enable Power & Play from the following Clix Menus: settings > advanced > select USB mode.

Afterwards when connected to a USB Port you will charge, but can then switch to a Data connection by choosing the now visible CONNECT USB option.

Q: Can I use Windows Media Player to copy my Video's to my clix?

A: Yes. Windows Media player 11 will allow you to Sync compatible video's to the iriver clix. If the video is not in the proper format, Windows Media Player 11 will inform you that you can not sync that file to the iriver clix player. At that point you will need to convert the video using the iRiver Movie Converter.

Windows Media Player 10 will not transfer Video's to the iriver clix. You will need to drag and drop the files into the \data\video\ folder on the iriver clix.

Q: I can not get videos to work on my iriver clix player.

Q: When I transfer a song to the iriver clix I do not get Album Art on the player.

A: Make sure that the album art is showing properly in Windows Media Player 11. In order for the Album Art to be transferred to the player, you must have it showing in Windows Media Player.
