Q: I can't get the iRiver Media Converter to install, it is not accepting my Serial Number (S/N), how can I install it?
A:
- Use the S/N for the iRiver Media Converter software, not the serial number on the player itself.
- This S/N should be located on the CD jacket.
- If the S/N is not on the CD jacket, then it will be on a separate card that was inserted into the box.
You may have to remove all box contents including separating the inner box from the outer box to locate this card. TRUST US, IT'S IN THERE!Windows Vista Compatibility
