Q: Why are the earbud cord lengths uneven?
A: The earphone cord is designed to have one side longer than the other. The design allows you to wrap the longer right cord around the back of your neck and insert the earbud in your ear, so that the cord does not dangle in front of you. There is no way to adjust the length. If you prefer, you may use any earphones or headphones of your choice with your player.
